This is probably a silly thing to post about, but I don't care. I redownloaded Stepmania this last week and have been poking around here and there getting songs for it. It's a double-edged sword. ...that's just cheap, game designers. Making me fight a boss with a boomerang -- one that can be controlled in flight that, by nature, makes it so I can't move right after I throw it -- in a room that is about 75% moving floor isn't fair. I don't know why, but I've been working on Ages and Seasons the last several days. I've got the key for dungeon 4 in Seasons, but I ran off looking for nifty stuff. Damn, I need a bigger ring box. Brawl is awesome. :D Dark Link is awesome, and while I'm at it, Link's fifth color option -- burnt orange over black -- looks really freaking sweet, too. So, yeah, Orange Link and Dark Link have been fighting each other a lot. When will game designers stop putting random stealth sequences in non-stealth games? Seriously. Oh, well, at least this isn't *nearly* as annoying as the Forsaken Fortress, the most painful example of this I can think of off the top of my head. Okay. Devil May Cry 4 is totally freaking awesome. My sister has beaten it [yay!]; I'm only on mission 3. [I've been watching her play while writing today.] Nero has completely won me over as a DMC Hero. The Devil Bringer is nifty. Also, Dante is now officially King Dork and Nero is Duke Cocky. :D
